OUR BEST TIP: Register for a waitlist. Last year we were able to move a large number of campers from the waitlist into camp. Secure your place by putting them on a waitlist.
How do I move off the waitlist? It’s January, so often times plans change and campers have to cancel…..sports schedules, family reunions, family moves, etc. When a spot opens up for your child, we will email and call the next on the waitlist.
New Families – Jan 16th – Registration Opens 10AM – Link is now posted but camp registration will turn on at 10AM

How do I sign up for camp?
How much does it cost? Ages?
Our 2020 rate is $610, 8-14 years old
What if I see a waitlist?
If you see a waitlist, go ahead and sign up for that session, and we will let you know your status on the waitlist. If you are trying to come with a group of friends, consider looking for a different session you can attend together.
Approximately half of our campers attend camp alone or with a sibling. There is a lot of value for your child for attending a different session than all of their friends and learning to make new friends. We are professionals at helping kids make new friends, the bond of camp is instant, profound, and lasting.
Are there scholarships available?
Limited scholarships and financial assistance are available. Scholarship Information can be found on this blog post “6 Ways to Make Camp More Affordable!”
Would you consider contributing to a “Campership?”
Camp Arrowwood serves families with different abilities to pay. Our goal is to make Arrowwood affordable to everyone through camperships. If you are interested in providing funds, you can do so on your online registration or by contacting us.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We know that making family plans for the Summer can be stressful, and things sometimes change. We hope you will find our cancellation policy helpful. In the event that you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fill the spot with someone from the waitlist.
May 1: Final payment for camp is due. If you cancel before May 1st, Camp Arrowwood is able to refund all payments except a $25 administration fee from CampBrain
Cancellations after May 1: Refunds after May 1 will be dependent on our ability to fill your spot. Our policy is NO refunds except for medical or family emergencies. If you have any more questions, please contact us.
