Hey, Dads, Remember the sparkle in your son's eyes as he came home from camp full of stories of conquering our rock wall, joining the blue team at Sock War, and winning a game of gaga ball? Remember how he tried new things and became closer to God? Wouldn't it be amazing to experience those adventures yourself, side-by-side?

At Camp Arrowwood's Father-Son Weekend, you and your son can enter a world of shared laughs, outdoor adventure, and form a deeper connection.

Imagine this:

  • Both of you together aiming your arrows at the bullseye and encouraging each other on at the range

  • Conquering the climbing wall and laughing and screaming together on our giant swing

  • Casting fishing lines into Lake Marian and waiting in anticipation to yell, “Fish on.”

  • Gathered around a crackling campfire, seeing who can roast the perfect s’more while spending time praying and pondering how big and great our God is

  • Exploring hiking trails in the Smokies or going for a more adventurous route on our mountain bikes

  • Joining in friendly competitions, like a Red vs Blue Sock War, carpetball, or other team competitions

These are just a glimpse of the memories you'll create at Camp Arrowwood's Father-Son Weekend. Our experienced staff will be there to guide you, lead activities, and ensure you have a weekend filled with fun, laughter, and a lasting connection.

Camp Details:

  • Date: April 11 - 13 - Friday 5 pm - Sunday 11 am

  • Ages: 7-14

  • Cost: Dad: $250, Son: $250, Sibling Discount: $100

  • Accommodations: Camp Cabins or BYO Tent camping

  • The fee includes all activities and a one-of-a-kind father-son weekend shirt

You’ve got Questions, We’ve got Answers

  • Fathers and sons will be staying in our camp cabins. You will be grouped with other fathers and sons with an Arrowwood staff member There will be no more than 12 people in each cabin. The cabins are climate-controlled with hot showers. You also have the option to tent camp with access to bathrooms. Bring your own tent and enjoy the outdoors. Choose your own adventure, it’s up to you!

  • Don't worry, we'll provide a detailed packing list for all of our registered campers in March.

  • Yes, there is a cabin roommate request on your registration form. While we can't guarantee any cabin placements, we'll try very hard to please everyone.

  • Yes, we ask that boys be at least 7 years of age before attending this weekend. All activities are designed for campers ages 7 until 14 and their fathers.

  • No problem! You won't be the only father and son who are experiencing Camp Arrowwood for the first time! You'll have an amazing time and make some new friends. We can't think of a better way to check out camp for the first time! Camp Arrowood is not simply a place where your kids grow as individuals; it's a place where you can grow together as a family!
