It’s so encouraging to hear from you, and we are glad that you have the heart to serve the Lord and join our team for Camp Arrowwood this coming Summer. Working at Camp is both incredibly difficult and incredibly rewarding. It’s a fantastic place to work with incredible people and connect with Christ.  We want to outline the next steps for you in the hiring process.

Next Steps

While we would like to talk to you in person, if that’s not possible, we will use Zoom for interviews. 

1. New staff: Send the reference form to three people in your life.

2. Sign up for an interview below.

   1. Please have your camera and headphones available for your interview so we can see and hear you. Also, bring one item to the interview representing a part of who you are.

   2. Please make sure that you are in a quiet place with no distractions or other people talking.

We hire based on who is the best fit for our Summer Staff Team. Several of our best staff members were not hired when they were 15. Also note that Staff week is 100% mandatory, and working three additional weeks is the minimum for LITS. 18+ year old staff, we need to be at staff training and serve at a minimum of 5 weeks.
